Corporation and Association Advisory Services

Lee Green assists our corporation/association clients with:

 Business Management mentoring - particularly for the corporation's commercial enterprises

  • Budget setting and variance analysis
  • Due diligence analysis of proposed business acquisitions and negotiation of commercial terms of contracts
  • Board reporting of financial data
  • External audit liaison and audit file preparation
  • Process review and policy development
  • Reconciliation and lodgement of ATO returns (BAS, Income Tax, FBT)

A program has recently been established for designated Indigenous administration staff to complete on-the-job components of their certificate training with Lee Green.
